At Lowell, the future begins with a strong foundation in learning. We focus on building essential early literacy and math skills, while fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. With supportive teachers, engaging classrooms, and programs that nurture the whole child, we prepare our youngest learners for academic success and personal growth.
Principal Message
Welcome to James Russell Lowell Elementary School!
It is truly an honor to welcome you to Lowell Elementary School. I look forward to meeting our families and community members. I will be working closely with the dedicated group of teachers and staff of Lowell Elementary to support them in ensuring that your child has the best possible education. At Lowell Elementary, our vision and beliefs are at the core of every decision. Our goal is to prepare children academically and socially for the many challenges that they will face in their lives. Therefore, we use assessment data to plan a curriculum that prepares students with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop attitudes and values that will serve them a lifetime.
On behalf of the entire Lowell Elementary School staff, we welcome you to our school. We look forward to a prosperous and rewarding school year.

Decorated trunks, candy galore, and plenty of Halloween spirit await you in the Lowell parking lot on October 30th from 6–7 PM.
Bring your costumes, your candy, and your BOO-tiful energy — it’s going to be a frightfully good time! 🕸️
